Terms of Use 1. - Intellectual Property

By downloading or using the app(s), these terms will automatically apply and thereful careful reading is recommended before use. Copying, modifying all or part of the app or trademark is forbidden. Attempts to extract the source code, translate it to other languages or make derivative versions is strictly forbidden. The app itself, the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights belong to Learn To Master Ltd.

Terms of Use 2. - Support the Maintenance

Learn To Master Ltd is commmitted to ensuring the app(s) is useful and efficient as possible. For this reason we reserve the right to make changes or to charge for its service, at any time or any reason. We will never charge for the app or its services without making it clear exactly what is being paid for.

Terms of Use 3. - Security

Our apps store and process personal data a user may have provided, in order to provide the best service. It's the user's responsiblity to keep both their device and access to the app(s) secure. Therefore, we recommend that the user does not jailbreak or root their device, which removes software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of the device. It could make the device vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise the user's device's security features and possible our app(s) will not work properly if at all.

Terms of Use 4. - Network Disclaimer

Certain functions of the app(s) require an internet connection. Learn To Master Ltd does not take responsibility for any lack of internet or unacceptable slow speed(WiFi or mobile network). A slow internet may diminish the experience of certain features within the app(s). The user is responsible for any charges (mobile data / roaming / third party) the network provider may ask for.

Terms of Use 5. - Battery Disclaimer

Learn To Master Ltd cannot be held responsible for the way the app(s) is used. The user needs to ensure the device is sufficiently charged in order for any service on the device to be used.

Terms of Use 6. - Use of App Disclaimer

Whilst Learn To Master Ltd endeavors to ensure the app and content is updated and correct at all times, it can rely on third parties to provide information. Learn To Master Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect a user experiences as a result of relying wholly on the functionality within the app(s)

Terms of Use 7. - App Updates

Learn To Master Ltd periodically updates its apps for enhanced / added functionality, compliance with the operating system, legal policies and more. The user is responsible for downloading the updates to continue using the app(s). Learn To Master Ltd doesn't guarantee that it will always update the app so that it is relevant for every user on the version that is installed on the device. The user will accept updates of the app(s) when offered.

Terms of Use 8. - App Availability

Learn To Master Ltd may wish to stop providing the app(s) and terminate use of it at any time without providing notice of termination. Unless corresponded, upon any termination a) Rights and Licenses granted to the user in these terms will end and b) The user must stop using the app, if applicable, cancel any subscriptions and delete the app(s) from their device.
